- Who is Tape Theory?
- A record label formed in 2008 that is based in NYC. We create "Analog Music In Digital Times". This means that although technology has changed the way music is made and packaged in recent years, we still do certain things old school, like sell vinyl records and tapes. Our artists also use mixing boards and real instruments to tell their story.
- What is the Tape Theory return policy?
- Return any item for a full refund. You pay the return shipping and we'll refund the shipping you paid the first time. We do NOT accept returns on T-shirts that smell like you wore it to a club, scratched records, or tapes with jelly in the mechanisms. Thanks.
- What forms of payment do you accept?

- How secure is this store?

NO, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- What if the shipping calculates incorrectly?
- Sometimes the shipping calculator makes mistakes. Hey, it's only a calculator. If it works against the customer, we will refund the difference via paypal. If it works in your favor, we'll eat the cost unless it is a large amount. In that case we'll contact you and give you the option to make up the difference or cancel.
